frozen or fresh corn
1 tbsp salted butter
cacique cotija cheese
cacique crema mexicana
paprika
cayenne
salt
pepper
lime wedges

Ingredients

- Steam corn in a medium to large bowl, depending on how much you're preparing. If you're using corn on the cob, prepare to your liking and cut the corn off of the cob into a bowl. Drain any excess water.
- Add in 1 tbsp of salted butter and mix thoroughly, allowing the butter to melt amongst the hot corn.
- Add in cacique crema mexicana to your liking, start with a spoonfull and add more if needed. 
- Crumble up 1 tbsp cacique cotija cheese and sprinkle it across the top of the corn, add more if you'd like.
- Sprinkle on some paprika, salt, pepper with a touch of cayenne.
Garnish with lemon wedges and enjoy!
